MANCHESTER (ENGLAND) (ITALPRESS) – Manchester United has officially signed Carlos Baleba from Brighton. The 22-year-old Cameroonian midfielder is moving to Old Trafford in a deal reportedly worth €80 million.
The deal also includes a percentage of any future sale to Brighton. Baleba has signed a five-year contract with the Red Devils, with an option to extend for a further season. “It’s an incredible feeling to join my dream club,” Baleba said. “Playing at Old Trafford is always special, but to have the opportunity to do so as a Manchester United player will be a real honor. I’m looking forward to working with Michael Carrick. His experience and knowledge of the game make him the perfect manager to help me reach the highest level.”
