The Argentine midfielder—formerly of Roma—confirmed this while responding to a question about recent inquiries from European clubs, including Milan. “Several clubs have called me,” the Argentina international said. “I am grateful to the teams that contacted me and to the people I work with. I even spoke to some of these clubs, just to thank them. I was very clear about what I wanted, and very clear about what I want for my future. I am in the place I love, the place where I wanted to be,” Paredes clarified in an interview with ESPN.
