ROME (ITALPRESS) – “I didn’t know that July 5th corresponds to April 1st for FIFA,” Rudi Garcia said at a press conference, speaking about FIFA’s decision to lift Balogun’s suspension. The Belgian national team will face the USA, and the coach didn’t take it well, but he reacted philosophically.
“Our Federation’s statement says it all. Our Federation defends not only us but the entire football system. This decision certainly doesn’t change our approach to the match,” added the former Roma and Napoli coach, before cutting Balogun short when asked yet another question about FIFA and Trump.
