MILAN (ITALPRESS) – You never forget your first love. And so, 42-year-old defender Thiago Silva is returning to Fluminense once again. The Brazilian—formerly of AC Milan—has signed a deal running until December 31, 2026. This marks his third stint as a professional at the Rio de Janeiro club, where he first started out in the youth ranks between 1998 and 2000. Thiago Silva previously wore the Fluminense jersey from 2006 to 2009 and from 2024 to 2025. Now, another adventure awaits at “his” club. “Some stories never end,” the Rio de Janeiro club wrote on its social media channels to celebrate the latest return of the defender.
