LONDON (ENGLAND) (ITALPRESS) – Mohamed Salah is set to leave Liverpool at the end of the season, with Saudi Arabia the most likely destination—and his replacement could arrive from there as well.
According to Give Me Sport, the Reds—who are expected to terminate the Egyptian forward’s contract—could negotiate a swap deal with Al Hilal, managed by Simone Inzaghi, bringing Marcos Leonardo to Anfield.
The Brazilian striker, after a difficult spell at Benfica, has revived his career in the Saudi league and is now keen on a second chance in Europe. Al Hilal value the player at €50 million, but Liverpool would like to explore a straight swap deal, considering that Salah is under contract until 2027.
