The Barcelona forward, who was substituted at halftime during Monday’s victory over Australia, is dealing with mild muscle edema in his right thigh. According to Catalan newspapers, the player has informed his club that the issue does not appear serious; however, to avoid any risks, the Brazilian Football Confederation has decided to send him back to Spain. No replacement will be called up.
