The Apache said goodbye to football in June 2021, at Boca Juniors, but never had the opportunity to say goodbye to the Bombonera. He will do so in December, on a date yet to be determined, after receiving the approval of former teammate and current president of the Xeneize, Juan Roman Riquelme.
Tevez will bid his fans farewell for the last time with a farewell match to which he has invited several former teammates, both at club and country. And on the list, “Tyc Sports” reveals, are CR7—with whom he played at Manchester United—and Messi, with whom he shared the Seleccion experience. There are reportedly around sixty guests, including Gigi Buffon and Andrea Pirlo, whom he met while at Juventus.
