LA VALLETTA (MALTA) (ITALPRESS/MNA) – Addressing the ongoing controversy surrounding the Gaza Freedom Flotilla’s vessel, Conscience, Prime Minister of Malta Robert Abela defended the government’s cautious approach in response to the alleged attack on the ship.
In an interview with the State television, Abela underscored that, while a government surveyor confirmed that the impact came from a projectile launched from outside the points of impact, they could not definitively confirm it was a drone attack, as has been suggested. The Prime Minister also highlighted discrepancies between the accounts given by the crew and the findings of the government surveyors aboard the ship.
