LONDON (ENGLAND) (ITALPRESS) – Ruben Amorim has reportedly set his sights on Manuel Ugarte. According to the Mirror, the new AC Milan manager has identified the 25-year-old Uruguayan midfielder—whom he previously coached at both Sporting and Manchester United—as one of the reinforcements he would like to bring in.
Ugarte, who was signed by Manchester United from Paris Saint-Germain in the summer of 2024 for £42 million, has struggled to establish himself at Old Trafford. During the most recent season, he made only eight Premier League starts and eventually fell out of favor under Michael Carrick.
