ROME (ITALPRESS) – It is now official: Lorenzo Pellegrini and Roma will continue together. The midfielder, born in 1996, and the Giallorossi club have reached an “agreement to extend Lorenzo Pellegrini’s contract for his sporting services.”
A product of Roma’s youth academy, the player will continue to link his career to the colors of the Italian capital. “Pellegrini’s decision to accept the club’s offer is testament to the strong shared commitment to the sporting vision and values of the Roma project. Forward together, Lorenzo!” the club said.
Pellegrini, who has made more than 250 appearances for the team from his hometown, many of them wearing the captain’s armband, also played for Sassuolo during his career, representing the club from 2015 to 2017.
