Kylian Mbappé, speaking to AS, has renewed his bid for the prestigious award presented by France Football.
“The most important thing for me is for the Ballon d’Or to return to Real Madrid. It has to come back to the Bernabéu, to the Madrid fans, it has to return to all these people to give them excitement. These people deserve it more than anyone else,” insisted the French forward.
Mbappé is not worried about competition from Yamal: “I think he is a very talented player and I have the feeling he will have a great career. I wish him all the best,” Mbappé said in an excerpt from the interview, which will be published in full tonight.
