MANCHESTER (ENGLAND) (ITALPRESS) – The Viktor Gyokeres deal is a veritable soap opera. The 27-year-old striker – also linked to Juventus – will leave Sporting Lisbon, but the Portuguese club could renege on a gentleman’s agreement reached with Arsenal.
Gyokeres’s future, in fact, seemed destined to be in London, but now – instead – he could remain in England, but in Manchester, with United. Yet the agreement with the Gunners was complete, with figures included: 70 million plus 10 million in bonuses.
However, the negotiations dragged on for several weeks, allowing the Red Devils to study their attack and make their offer to Sporting. Nothing is decided yet: Gyokeres is between Arsenal and Manchester United.
