BARCELONA (SPAIN) (ITALPRESS) – Work on Barcelona’s Spotify Camp Nou stadium is progressing slowly, and the Spanish press is raising concerns about the Catalan club’s upcoming fixtures.
According to “AS,” the Joan Gamper Trophy, which includes a friendly against Como on August 10, will not be held at the large stadium that usually hosts Barcelona’s matches, nor at the Olympic Stadium in Montjuïc, the venue for the club’s recent home matches. Therefore, the test against Como, also on August 10, is expected to take place at the Johan Cruyff Stadium.
Work is currently in full swing at the Spotify Camp Nou: the goal is to complete everything and obtain the necessary permits in time to be able to play the 2025-26 La Liga matchday four match against Valencia at the renovated stadium on September 14.
