MADRID (SPAIN) (ITALPRESS) – The provincial court of Madrid has sentenced four Atlético fans who, on the night between January 25 and 26, 2023, just before the Copa del Rey derby, had hung a mannequin with a Real Madrid shirt and Vinicius’ name on a bridge with the words: “Madrid hates Real.”
The Casa Blanca itself made the announcement. The accused acknowledged the facts, said they were sorry and apologized publicly but were found guilty of the crime of hate and threats against the Brazilian striker. One of them was sentenced to one year and ten months in prison, while the other three were sentenced to one year and two months. The four defendants will also have to pay fines and will not be able to go to the stadium for four years.
