Davide Ancelotti close to becoming new Rangers manager

MADRID (SPAIN) (ITALPRESS) – Carlo Ancelotti will leave Real Madrid at the end of the Liga to become the new coach of Brazil but in this new adventure he will not be accompanied – except for the first two matches with Ecuador and Paraguay – by his son Davide, ready to play his cards.

His name had been linked to Como as a possible successor to Fabregas – the Spanish coach is liked by Bayer Leverkusen to take over the legacy of Xabi Alonso, who is in turn destined for Real – but according to “As” the Glasgow Rangers are on his trail and have already sounded out his entourage.

Davide, who has offers from clubs in various leagues, including Saudi Arabia, would be tempted by the experience in Scotland where he would bring Francesco Mauri, son of the athletic trainer Giovanni who was part of the senior Ancelotti staff for a long time, as his assistant.

The Rangers, among other things, are said to be on the verge of being purchased by 49ers Enterprises, already owner of the San Francisco 49ers, one of the most successful franchises in the NFL, and which has already invested in Leeds, newly promoted to the Premier League.
