MADRID (SPAIN) (ITALPRESS) – La Liga has released the schedule for the first three matchdays. As expected, the program for the opening round—scheduled for August 15–17—will be significantly reduced, as matches involving players who participated in the World Cup semi-finals are being postponed; these players are entitled to a 21-day break following their final match of the season.
Specifically, Atlético Madrid’s game has been moved to the 19th, while Real Madrid and Barcelona will make their debuts in the second round (August 20–24), with their opening-round matches rescheduled for August 26 and 27, respectively.
