MADRID (SPAIN) (ITALPRESS) – Historic ruling in Spain where the Valladolid court sentenced 5 fans of the local team to one year in prison for racist insults against Vinicius during the match against Real Madrid on December 30th, 2022.
Reported by La Liga, they were found guilty of the hate crime and also received fines between 1,080 and 1,620 euros in addition to a 4-year ban from working in the educational or sports sector. The prison sentence was suspended for three years, a period during which the 5 fans will not be able to enter the stadium for official national competitions.
