ROME (ITALPRESS) – Roma announced that Leandro Paredes has joined Boca Juniors on a permanent transfer. “The Argentine midfielder wore the Giallorossi jersey for a total of four seasons, making 135 appearances and scoring 13 goals,” the Roman club stated.
Paredes bid farewell to the Giallorossi fans with a moving video. He also shared a powerful message: “I don’t know where to start. You were the first to welcome me when I was still a child, to give me and my family the love we needed to feel at home, and so it was. Roma will always be my second home; it was my first and last team in Europe. I’m so sorry I couldn’t win something with you, but I’m leaving with peace of mind. I gave everything of myself”, Paredes ended.
