PARIS (FRANCE) (ITALPRESS) – One person has died, as well as one seriously injured, in the heavy toll of incidents overnight in Paris, which began immediately after PSG’s Champions League victory over Arsenal. A 24-year-old man died from injuries sustained in a scooter accident on the Paris ring road, near Porte Maillot, according to French media reports. The Prosecutor’s Office has opened an investigation to determine the cause of death.
A 17-year-old is currently in a coma, in critical condition, after being involved in a knife fight last night in the 16th arrondissement. When police arrived, the young man, dazed, had two eye wounds and was bleeding profusely from the mouth. The attackers immediately fled. The total number of injured rises to 219.
