ROME (ITALPRESS) – After being Serie A’s top scorer last season and scoring recently for Italy, Mateo Retegui has landed in Manchester United’s sights. Several Spanish and English media outlets are reporting the move. The Italian striker moved from Atalanta to Al-Qadisiyah this summer, where he scored three goals in four appearances.
The Saudi club paid €67 million for him; Retegui also signed a four-year contract with a salary of approximately €20 million per season. For these reasons, the move appears very difficult at the moment, but the Red Devils have nevertheless placed the player on their wish list.
