LA VALLETTA (MALTA) (ITALPRESS/MNA) – Malta has reiterated its unwavering support for a peaceful resolution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, advocating strongly for a two-state solution during a high-level international forum held in Madrid.
The Mediterranean nation participated in the Group of Madrid summit in Spain, aligning with diplomatic efforts to bolster international recognition of the Palestinian state and calling for an immediate ceasefire in Gaza amid the ongoing humanitarian crisis.
Malta was represented at the meeting by Social Housing Minister Roderick Galdes, who attended on behalf of Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Affairs Minister Ian Borg.
