BERLIN (GERMANY) (ITALPRESS) – Jürgen Klopp has announced his first squad selections as Germany head coach, bringing a few surprises. The former Liverpool manager has called up a total of 44 players, divided into two lists: an initial group of 24 will be used for the first two Nations League matches against the Netherlands (September 24 in Amsterdam) and Greece (September 27 in Augsburg); subsequently, most of the players will return home, and the squad will be supplemented by another 20 players for the following two matches against Serbia (October 1 in Munich) and Greece again (October 4 in Thessaloniki). There are several new faces and returning players, with Klopp also looking to Italy: Inter’s Bisseck features in the first group, while Juventus’s Woltemade is in the second. Here are the two lists.
