MILAN (ITALPRESS) – Intesa Sanpaolo Bank Slovenia, part of the Intesa Sanpaolo Group, has successfully fully subscribed to the €10 million mini-bond issued by Incom d.o.o., a fast-growing Slovenian food processing company best known -among the others- for its premium ice cream brands Leone, Jamaica, Al!ve.
This issuance marks the first mini-bond deal in Slovenia carried out under the strategic initiative of the Intesa Sanpaolo Group aimed at providing small, medium-sized, and large enterprises with effective and a flexible alternative to traditional loans, to access capital markets and to support their growth and competitiveness. With Privredna Banka Zagreb d.d., Croatia, acting as the arranger and Banka Intesa Sanpaolo d.d., Slovenia, acting as the investor, both banks ensured the swift and secure execution of the deal—further demonstrating their commitment to sustainable economic development and financial innovation.
