ROTTERDAM (NETHERLANDS) (ITALPRESS) – Giovanni van Bronckhorst has been appointed as Feyenoord’s new head coach.

The 51-year-old Dutch manager has signed a two-year contract, with an option for a third season in favor of the club.

Born in Rotterdam, van Bronckhorst has a long history with Feyenoord. He first played for the club from 1993 to 1998 and again from 2007 to 2010. He later managed the team from 2015 to 2019, winning one Eredivisie title, two KNVB Cups, and two Dutch Super Cups.
