ROME (ITALPRESS) – “We are delighted to announce that Phil Foden has extended his contract with Manchester City until 2030.” The British club, managed by Enzo Maresca, announced on social media that they have signed the 26-year-old Englishman, who came through the City youth ranks, the only club he has worn so far in his career.
“I’m really excited. Obviously, I’ve already had the opportunity to work with Enzo Maresca when we spent the Treble-winning season together, and he was brilliant,” said Foden. “His attention to detail, to the little things that make a big difference, is crucial. Training with him is also great: it shows you how good a coach he is. I’m really excited to play under him and see where we can go,” added the City playmaker.
