ROME (ITALPRESS) – “Our club has submitted an official request to the Turkish Football Federation in response to the correspondence made public today, which is claimed to belong to members of the professional football disciplinary committee. We believe that there is no place in Turkish sport for this hostile mentality, which clearly violates the principle of impartiality,” reads a statement from Fenerbahce. According to the Mirror, some members of the Turkish professional football disciplinary committee have resigned following the publication of private messages containing comments on Jose Mourinho’s statements regarding refereeing.
