Daniel Levy resigns as Tottenham Hotspur chairman after 25 years

LONDON (ENGLAND) (ITALPRESS) – Daniel Levy is no longer executive chairman of Tottenham Hotspur. After 25 years in charge, the 63-year-old said he was “incredibly proud of the work we have done, together with the management team and all our employees. We have transformed this club into a world-class club, competing at the highest level. But above all, we have built a community,” he explained. “I would like to thank all the fans who have supported me over the years. It hasn’t always been an easy journey, but significant progress has been made. I will continue to support this club with passion,” Levy concluded. He will be replaced by Peter Charrington, who will assume the role of non-executive chairman.
