Chelsea are considering signing Xavi Simons, Nkunku could be the key

LONDON (ENGLAND) (ITALPRESS) – Chelsea isn’t giving up on Xavi Simons and, according to the Guardian, is trying to include Christopher Nkunku in the negotiations with Leipzig.

The Germans are reportedly open to welcoming back the French striker, who was sold to the Blues for £52 million two years ago but who never settled in London. Nkunku, who Leipzig believe could replace Sesko, who was recently sold to Manchester United, is valued by Chelsea at around £45 million and would be useful in lowering the cash quota for Xavi Simons, whose wanting request is reportedly £70 million.

Meanwhile, Chelsea is moving for Alejandro Garnacho, who is leaving Manchester United: first, however, a solution must be found for Nicolas Jackson, and Newcastle, if they were to sell Isak to Liverpool, could lend a hand to the Blues.
