MUNICH (GERMANY) (ITALPRESS) – It’s now official: Harry Kane has extended his contract with Bayern Munich until 2029. The recent Ballon d’Or winner arrived in Bavaria from Tottenham in the summer of 2023 and has since racked up 156 goals in 161 matches. His trophy haul includes two Bundesliga titles, one German Cup (DFB-Pokal), and one German Super Cup, alongside the 2024 and 2026 European Golden Shoes.
“I feel at home at Bayern,” said the 33-year-old English forward. “I love the club, the fans, and the city of Munich. We have a fantastic team and an extraordinary coach in Vincent Kompany. I am very proud to be part of this club. My whole family is very happy here. I wanted to stay. Now, I’m looking to the future—I want to win many more titles with this great club.” “Harry Kane has earned a place in the hearts of the fans, becoming one of the most significant figures in sports today. It’s a special day for Bayern Munich,” commented club president Herbert Hainer, while CEO Jan-Christian Dreesen added: “Since his arrival in 2023, Harry has achieved extraordinary things through his goals and his example—both on and off the pitch. He has truly made Bayern Munich his home, continued to grow alongside us, and capped it all off by winning the Ballon d’Or. This contract extension represents a commitment to Bayern and to a story that is far from over.”
