أعلن المكتب الصحفي للكرسي الرسولي أن بابا الفاتيكان ليو الرابع عشر أمضى ليلة جيدة في مستشفى جيميلي الجامعي في روما، ونهض صباح اليوم وتناول وجبة الإفطار.

ويخضع البابا للعلاج في المستشفى، عقب إجراء عملية جراحية في 13 أكتوبر الجاري لاستئصال ورم غدي رئوي.
