ROME (ITALPRESS) – The Haitian Football Federation has announced an agreement with head coach Sebastian Mignè to mutually terminate his contract. The 53-year-old French coach, who took charge in March 2024, made history in local football by leading Haiti to the World Cup for the second time—the only previous appearance was in 1974—after winning their qualifying group ahead of Honduras, Costa Rica, and Nicaragua. Drawn into Group C, Haiti exited the tournament with zero points, suffering defeats against Scotland, Brazil, and Morocco.
